28/01/2007 meeting
why was there no jtkm race on 28th jan and will the next one in feb be run,or do we have to wait for March. I do realise that january and february would have been the first time Llandow have held the winter series racing ,is it just that there was a lack of interest ? :?

Yes, unfortunately that is exactly what has happened.We were the only JTKM 2stroke to enter, got a call from Colin saying he couldn't run the 2 strokes as only one had entered. Sad for the club as they need our support to run the events throughout the year and to survive.Hope things improve!!! Nick :cry:

Thanks for that Nick,have you any idea how many need to enter before the race is allowed to be run.And if Llandow are still considering running part two of the new winter series.Also has Seb entered into the motors tv round this month.

Hi Seb , Not sure if you have to pay for the whole season ,or you can just pay for the one round.I suspect you CAN just pay to enter the one round,but don't quote me on that .

Sorry i did'nt finish answering your questions alcat is the mystery man.

Traditionally the club will run a grid providing they have 3 entries, which shouldn't be a problem for february the club will definitely be running round 2 of the winter series on the 4th weekend in february - 1 week after Motors TV

2nd round Winter series
Can we run in the 2nd round if there are enough JTKM 2 strokes :?: or is it the case, 2 rounds count for the winter series. Seb hasn't enough pocket money to enter into the Motors TV rounds :!: :!: :!: Nick

Nick, the answer is yes to 2 meetings count, but you can still race at the next race meeting. Paul :D

so what's the point if you missed the first meeting when the first two rounds count ,and there are only two rounds?

What's the point.......
Well, if you want to win the winter series then there's no point indeed as both rounds count. On the other hand, if you want a warm-up round for the season then there's every reason to enter. You might just get the chance to discover that elusive perfect setup that will help you win the championship!

Has anyone go the dates for the motor tv challange. When its going to be shown and all.

the motors tv round from Llandow was shown last week and has been shown 2-3 times since then .i suspect it will be shown again soon so just keep your eye on the motors tv listings and put a reminder on so you don't miss it.
