AGM/Presentation Evening.

The organizers of the Autosport Show failed to contact the LKC and changed the date of their Show to clash with our AGM/Presentation Evening.
There is no evidence that they were worried about our, well attended, event would cause a significant drop in their attendance numbers.
Consequently, in order not to cause embarrassment to the Autosport Show, we have been obliged to change our date.
So, for your diaries, wall charts and yearly planners, the new date is:-
SATURDAY 9th JANUARY 2010 at the WENVOE VILLAGE HALL.
A bar and buffet will be available. Tickets £5 per head from Sheila Jones.
Those who attended last year will remember that we changed the format of previous events.
The AGM part was short and sweet, formal buisness was over in about 20 minuits, leaving the rest of the evening to congratulate all our well deserving champions.

Responses to our Survey are still arriving. The results will be analized after the November meeting. Please sent them through or collect and fill in a copy at the race meeting. It only takes a few minuits, or longer if you have a lot to say.
